What customers say about us
Reviews of Toronto Prime Locksmith live on our Google Business Profile, where they are tied to real Google accounts and cannot be edited by us. That is the only place worth reading them.
We have not reproduced any of them on this page. A quote on a company’s own website, with a first name and a star rating typed in by the company, tells you nothing. A review on a profile the company does not control tells you something.
{{TBD: Google Business Profile URL}}. Once supplied, this page links straight to the profile.
Call (289) 460-1916Leaving a review after a visit
If we have worked on your door, a review on the Google profile is genuinely useful to the next person deciding who to call at two in the morning. Say what the job actually was and how the price compared to what you were quoted on the phone, because that is what people are trying to find out.
If something was not right, call (289) 460-1916 before you write anything. We would rather fix it than read about it.
What to look at instead of star ratings
Four checks are worth more than a rating when you are choosing a locksmith in a hurry, and they take about a minute.
- Does the business have a real address you can look up, rather than only a phone number?
- Does the phone number get answered by somebody who will name a price before dispatching anybody?
- Is the price you are quoted on the phone a figure, or a range that starts suspiciously low?
- Does the person say they will need to see identification before opening the door? Anyone who does not ask should worry you.
