How a job runs

  1. You call and describe the door

    The address, the type of door and lock, and what the lock is doing. Those three answers are what turns a range into a figure.

  2. You get a price before dispatch

    Not after arrival, and not once the tools are out. If you do not like the number, nothing has cost you anything.

  3. A technician comes to you

    You are given an arrival window on the call. All work is done at your address or at your vehicle.

  4. Identification, then the work

    We check you live or work there before opening anything. Then the job is done for the figure you were given.

What we do not claim

The locksmith trade has a reputation problem, and most of it comes from advertising. So a note on what is deliberately absent from this website.

  • No arrival time promise. Traffic on the 401 at five in the afternoon and at two in the morning are not the same journey. You get an arrival window on the call, for your address, that day.
  • No lowest price claim. We do not know what every other locksmith in the GTA charged this morning, and neither does anyone who says otherwise.
  • No invented reviews. Our reviews are on the Google profile, where we cannot edit them.
  • No certification or membership we cannot show you. If a badge is not on this site, it is because we have not put one there that we could not back up.
